How Does Risk/Reward and Position Sizing Work?

During today’s MTPredictor trading webinar we simply looked at the automatic trade setups that the software provided in GMCR over the last few days on the 3 minute time frame.  This was an exercise to see how correct position sizing coupled with proper risk and reward parameters can help reverse the trend of small wins and big losses that plague most unsuccessful traders.
